Jenison Varsity Winter Guard - 2013 MCGC Scholastic A State Champions

Congratulations to both the Jenison JV and Varsity Winter Guards who performed on Saturday at the 2013 MCGC State Championships held at Saginaw Valley State University. Both guards performed phenomenally and represented the Jenison Bands and Jenison Public Schools with distinction and class. The JV team placed 5th overall, with a score of 71.18 in the Michigan AA class, and the Varsity team walked away with their 4th consecutive Scholastic A Championship with a score of 85.04!

Next week, the Varsity Guard will be traveling to Dayton, OH for their second appearance at the Winter Guard International World Championships. We wish them good luck in their last week of preparation and safe travels to Dayton!
