Marching Band Banquet

Thursday, November 21st, 6:00 pm 

High School Cafeteria

Parents and students, as we near the end of the marching band season we invite you to celebrate the season at our annual marching band banquet.  The banquet will be Thursday, November 21st at  6:00 p.m. in the JHS Cafeteria.  

We ask that each family bring their own place settings (plates, silverware & napkins) and dishes to pass.  Coffee and water will be provided, however, if you want something else to drink, please bring that as well. 

To feed our band family we ask that each family bring two dishes to pass (based on your last name):

- Last Name A-L please bring MAIN DISH and DESSERT
- Last Name M-Z please bring MAIN DISH and SALAD
- Your own table service

The band banquet is for the marching band members and their parents, no siblings please.

We will have a great time of fellowship and food.  We appreciate your support this season!

BEGINS:          Friday, October 25, 2013         

ENDS:             Wednesday, November 13, 2013 – NO EXCEPTIONS

DELIVERY:      Tuesday, November 26, 2013, 5:00-6:00pm - High School Pool Entrance

COST:               $8.00 EACH Pie

STUDENT CREDIT:  $2.80 per pie
