Hello Jenison Band families and students-
Although as of this writing the JPS administration has not yet announced their decision about evening activities, the band directors have made the decision to move our Junior High and High School band Pre-Festival concerts to Monday night. With only one rehearsal under their belts coming off of midwinter break and no opportunity to effectively rehearse prior to the concerts, we feel the students' performances tonight would be stressful and quite possibly disappointing to them and you. We are excited to get back to school tomorrow and get a couple more rehearsals to polish their performances for Monday night's concerts (6:30 for JH and 8:00 for HS) and their Festival performances on Tuesday.
