The Jenison Bands welcomes you and your family to our annual potluck picnic to kick off our marching band season!
What to bring??
- Each family is asked to bring two dishes to share:
Those with last names A-L please, bring a hot dish and a dessert
Those with last names M-Z please, bring a hot dish and a salad
Also please bring:
- utensils for your dishes to pass
- your own place settings, including silverware, napkin, plate
- your own beverages
We will be accepting cash donations at the picnic to cover the cost of prizes, games and the pavilion. We appreciate any donation you're willing to give.
If you would be willing to donate bags of candy for the games, we are in great need! Please drop off bags of candy (label them "picnic") to the band room.
Also, we are still in need of volunteers to help with the picnic for table set-up at 2:00 pm, picnic set-up and clean-up...if you are willing please contact Heather Walczewski immediately at hwalczewski@comcast.net.
