IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. Collect money at the time of sale.
2. Make ONE CHECK, for the total amount of all your orders, payable to Jenison Band Boosters (JBB).
3. Turn in orders and ONE CHECK to the band office ON OR BEFORE September 6th – NOEXCEPTIONS.
4. Subs are to be picked up on Thursday, September, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., at the High School Pool Entrance. No phone calls will be made for pick-ups.
5. Unless prior arrangements are made, any subs not picked up on time will be donated.
